About Us

• Tongues&Grooves meets at The Florence Arms, Southsea, Hants, usually on the last Sunday of every month.
• Tongues&Grooves provides a platform for local writers and musicians alongside special guests from the UK and abroad.
• Tongues&Groooves runs community projects and workshops using poetry to promote motivation, well-being and social inclusion.
• Tongues&Grooves encourages the 'quiet voice', under represented groups and people of all ages and backgrounds.
• Tongues&Grooves collaborates with other organisations for mutual benefit and welcomes comments from supporters.
• Tongues&Grooves has a vulnerable adult policy and procedure.
• Tongues&Grooves is run by a Management Committee of members and supporters.
